Make checks payable to Branch Out.

If you are not paying for registration personally, please contact your library or funding agent for direction on how to proceed with registration and payment. In all cases, a printed copy of the registration form must accompany payment. 

Your library or funding agent may write one check for multiple participants, but a registration form for each person must accompany the check.

You will receive Registration confirmation upon receipt of payment.
